Newry suffer narrow defeat in first game of the 07/08 Premier league. Newry Men kicked of their 07/08 season with a tough game against a youthful Lisburn 94 squad.

In what was a tight game, played hard by both sides, Newry lost 63-64.

Newry Fliers will host 2 friendly matches on Saturday 21st May against St. Oliver's, Drogheda.

U16 game tips off at 10.15am followed by the U19 game at 11.30am.

There will be no training for all other junior members.
