During the summer the U14 Newry Flyers squad were able to partake in an adventure weekend in the Newcastle hills.
The boys, after a succesful 08/09 season were still on top form when the trip took place over the basketball annual summer break.
The boys and their coaches took part in a number of activities including Canoeing, Bouldering and Scrambling. Some of the coaches got a little wetter than they expected but they didn't make too much of a song and dance about it :)
We'd just like to thank everyone at shanacmore for their hospatality, great food, great fun. And we'd completely recommend it for a weekend away.
